On Tuesday 21st July, the KS3 Cognition Theme class performed an incredible version of Monsters Inc. Over the past 7 weeks, pupils worked in their chosen discipline to create the production. Pupils chose either Art, Food Technology or Drama and Music, and worked tirelessly to produce one of the best productions SSSC has ever seen. The Art department outdid themselves with incredible sets, costumes and props. The Food Technology groups created a variety of monstrous treats that pupils, staff, parents and carers enjoyed before and after the performance. The Drama and Music group performed exceptionally on stage, demonstrating all of our Learning Hero attributes. The performance was a fantastic example of the pupil’s bravery, resilience and creativity, but this wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible dedication of our wonderful staff who showed creativity and team work in the bucket loads. The big question being asked now is, what will be next year's production, and how can it possibly be any better than this year?
